Compatibility
Compatibility
This mount is manufactured according to the NATO STANAG 2324 / MIL-STD-1913 standard (Picatinny). This means it is compatible with all standard Picatinny mounts, rings, and accessories – regardless of the manufacturer.
The Picatinny standard ensures that you can freely combine rails, mounts, and optics from different manufacturers. This gives you the flexibility to upgrade or change your scope without altering the mount.
Picatinny vs. Weaver:
Picatinny and Weaver are similar, but not the same. The difference lies in the recoil slots:
• Picatinny: Slots are 5.23 mm wide with a center-to-center distance of 10.01 mm (fixed standard)
• Weaver: Slots are 4.57 mm wide with variable spacing (no fixed standard)
A Weaver mount can often be mounted on a Picatinny rail because the Weaver lug is narrower than the Picatinny slot. However, a Picatinny mount will NOT fit on a Weaver rail – the lug is too wide.
This mount is Picatinny and fits all rails manufactured according to MIL-STD-1913 / STANAG 2324.

Material
Material
This mount is made from 7075-T6 aluminum – the same alloy used in military equipment, aircraft structures, and high-end climbing gear. 7075-T6 has a strength-to-weight ratio that is almost twice that of steel, and it is the preferred material for many professional shooters.
For the vast majority of hunters and shooters, 7075-T6 aluminum is at least as good as steel. The material is lighter, does not corrode, and will withstand decades of use under normal conditions.
Surface treatment
Surface treatment
This assembly is anodized. Anodizing creates a protective oxide layer on the aluminum surface, providing good corrosion protection and a durable finish. Anodized products withstand daily use and are resistant to scratches and wear.
Hard anodizing (Type III) provides a thicker and harder layer than standard anodizing and is typically used on products exposed to extra heavy wear.
Durchmesser
Durchmesser
These rings have an internal diameter of 40 mm and fit riflescopes with a 40 mm tube.
Always check your riflescope's tube diameter before purchase - it is listed in the riflescope's specifications or can easily be checked with a caliper.
Mounting
Mounting
Installation is simple. The rings are attached to the Picatinny rail, and the scope is placed in the lower ring halves, after which the upper halves are tightened.
Manufacturer's recommendation:
• Tightening torque for ring screws (top, M3.5): 1.8–2.0 Nm
• Tightening torque for attachment to rail (M4): 2.0–2.5 Nm
• Ensure the scope is level and has correct eye relief before final tightening
A torque wrench is necessary for proper installation. Overtightening can damage the scope's tube.
